The Water bill due date will be the 15th of each month. Penalties will be added on the 16th of each month, or first business day if the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday. Shut off date will be the 25th of each month, or first business day if the 25th falls on a weekend or holiday.
For example, you will receive your bill a few days after they read your meters, which is around the 20th–24th, and that bill will be due on the 15th of each month. If it is not paid by the 16th or first business day following the 15th, penalties of 15% will be added. If it is still not paid by the 25th, or first business day following, if the 25th falls on a weekend or holiday, your water WILL be shut off.
All payments can be made by using the drop box located on the the municipal building. We ask that you put your payment in an envelope with a copy of your bill or your name, address, account number and a phone number in case we need to contact you. Payments can also be mailed to Village of Frazeysburg, PO Box 160, Frazeysburg, Ohio 43822 or call the office with your credit card information.
